It being made satisfactory to appear to me
by due proof that Marcus Bielenberg the applic
ant for naturalization who swore to and subscr
ibed to the foregoing affidavit and oath has res
ided in the United States for more than five years
and that he has behaved as a man of good
moral character attached to the principles of the
constitution of the United States and well disposed
to the good order and happiness of the same and
the said Marcus Bielenberg having this day sworn
to and subscribed to the foregoing affidavit or
oath before me as to his allegiance to the con
stitution of the United States and as to the renunciation
of and adjuration of all allegiance to any other
State or Sovereignty it is therefore ordered that
the said Marcus Bielenberg be and he is hereby
adjudged and declared to be admitted as a
Citizen of the United States of America

defaulting Juror

excuse rendered remitted the fine imposed
on S.H. Benjamin at the last Spring Term of
our Circuit Court to wit: Twenty Dollars as a
defaulting Juror

Where the Court ordered that the witnesses
in the Case of the State of Florida vs
Martin Frolick be discharged from further
