And now on this
day comes the Parties Plaintiff and Defendant
and say that the plea of the Statute of limitations
is good as to the first note sued on hereon -
and the defendant saying in bar or
preclusion of the Plaintiffs right to recover on the
Second note sued on herein Whereupon it is ordered
that the Clerk do assess the damages herein
Whereupon the Clerk having assessed the dam-
ages at Two hundred and Thirty one & 59/100 ($231 59/100)
dollars
Whereupon it is ordered Considered and adjudged
that the Plaintiffs do have and recover of and
from the Defendant the Sum of Two hundred
and Thirty one & 59/100 Dollars for their damages
together with the sum of Five dollars and Thirty
Seven Cents taxed as Costs in this behalf expended
and the Defendant in mercy &c
