      prisoner ordered to be discharged -

      Charles McKinney }  without license

                        And now on this day comes
      the Defendant Charles McKinney and in open
      Court enters his plea of Guilty
      Whereupon the Court Sentenced the Defendant
      Charles McKinney to pay a fine of Thirty dollars
      and fifty Cents together with the Costs of the
      Court.
