          Wednesday December 5th 1883 -
       comes the defendant E.T. Hawthorn and in
       open Court enters his plea of guilty herein
       Whereupon the Court sentenced the Defendant
       E.T. Hawthorn to pay a fine of $100 and the
       Costs of the Court

       Whereupon the Court adjourned until ten
       oclock tomorrow morning
