                          And now on this day Comes
       the Defendant Peter M. Oliver and in open
       Court enters his plea of guilty as to the Charge
       of Auctioneer without license Whereupon the Court
       sentenced the Defendant Peter M. Oliver to pay
       a fine of Thirty dollars and the Costs of the
       Court Whereupon the Charge of the failure to pay over
       tax on sales was nol prosed -
