The Court met pursuant to adjournment of

And now on this day comes
the parties plaintiff and defendant by
their respective attorneys and in open Court
consent that the plaintiff shall have a Judg-
ment for his damages and that the Clerk
do assess the damages
Whereupon the Clerk having assessed the
damages at one hundred and Seventy dollars
and Sixty Six cents ($170.66)
Whereupon it is ordered considered and adjudged
that the Plaintiff do have and recover of and
from the defendant the Sum of One hundred
and Seventy Dollars and Sixty Six cents ($170.66) for
his damages together with his Costs in this behalf
expended taxed at Five dollars and Eighty one
cents and the defendant in Mercy &c
