                            And now on this day comes
        the Defendant Peter M. Oliver and in open Court
        enters his plea of guilty to the charge against him
        Whereupon the Court sentenced the Defendant
        Peter M. Oliver to pay a fine of Seventy five dollars
        together with the Costs of the Court
