        Whereupon it appearing to the Court that there
        is a necessity for a Petit Jury for the second
        week at this term of the Court
        It is therefore ordered that the Sheriff the
        Clerk of the Court and the County Judge or
        a Justice of the Peace in the absence of said
        County Judge do draw Eighteen names from the
        box containing the names of the list of three
        hundred Jurors to serve as Petit Jurors for the
        second week of this term of the Court
