Whereupon the Sheriff Saml C. Tucker
and the Clerk J.A. Carlisle and the County
Judge J.C. Gardner in open Court in
obedience to the order of the Court drew
from the Box in open Court the following

Whereupon the Clerk issued the Venire facias
directed to the Sheriff for the foregoing Petit Jury -
Whereupon the Grand Jury Came into open

on to be heard William A. Hocker State attorney
prosecuting in the name and by the authority

Attorneys Taylor & Sanchez. And now the prisoner
Zack Penland being brought to the bar of the
Court here under the Custody of Samuel C. Tucker
