In the Circuit Court of Alachua
County Fifth Judicial Circuit of
the State of Florida in the
United States of America
It being made to appear to the Satisfaction of this Court which
is a Court of record having a seal that Herman B. Binder a
subject heretofore of the Empire of Germany has fully complied
with the laws of the United States of America relative to his
becoming a naturalized Citizen of the United States of America
and that he has duly taken the oath of allegiance to the United
States as is prescribed by the laws thereof, It is therefore ordered
adjudged and declared that the said Herman B. Binder be and
he is hereby admitted to citizenship as a Citizen and Subject
of the United States of America with all the privileges rights
and immunities guaranteed to naturalized citizens by the
Constitution and laws of the United States and to full protection
as such citizen under the same
In open Court this 8th day of December A.D. 1883
