Monday December 10th 1883
    alleges against them whereupon a Jury was
    called and there came 1 A.C. Beckham
    2 S.T. Prescott, 3 S.J. Kennard Jr. 4 C.W. Little
    5 Richard C. Davis 6 C.C. Townsend who were
    duly sworn and empanelled to well and truly
    try the difference pending and thereafter after
    hearing a part of the evidence

    Whereupon the Court adjourned until the oclock
    tomorrow morning

    Tuesday December 11th 1883
    The Court met pursuant to adjournment of yesterday
    His Honor Thomas F. King Judge presiding

    Thomas Wilson       }
    Beauregard Cummings }  Finley & McCall
    & other persons     }
                          And now the hearing of this
    cause is resumed - and the prisoners being now in
    open Court as likewise the Counsel both for the
    state and the Defendants and the Jury who
    were duly sworn and empanelled herein on yester-
    day being now in open Court, and the Jury afore-
    said after hearing the balance of the evidence
    the argument of Counsel and the Charge of the
    Court retired to consider of their verdict and
    thereafter on the same day returned into open
    Court and rendered the following verdict to wit
    We the Jury find the defendants guilty

    other unknown persons }
                           And now in open Court
    comes the Defendants and enter their plea of
    Guilty to the Charges against them
