        Fall Term A.D. 1883
          Wednesday December 12th 1883
        try the difference pending according to the
        evidence and thereafter after hearing the evidence
        the argument of Counsel and the Charge of
        the Court retired to consider of their verdict
        and thereafter on the same day returned into
        open Court and rendered the following Verdict
        to wit: We the Jury find the Defendant
        Guilty of Stealing one Ox the property of George
        Hall valued at 25 dollars   S.T. Prescott
                                        Foreman

No 55          vs        }  Motion for a New Trial
        Jack Monroe      }
                         } And now this Cause Coming
        on to be heard on a motion for a New Trial
        and after argument had therein whereupon the
        Court overuled said motion for a new trial
        to which order and ruling the defendant by
        his attorney there and then excepted.

        Fred Spicer alias }
        Flem Spicer       }
                          }
                          } And now this Cause Coming on
        to be heard on a motion for a new trial and
        after argument had thereon,
        Whereupon the Court overruled said motion for a 
        new trial to which order and ruling the defendant
        by his attorney then and there Excepted

               vs        }          Trespass
        Florida Southern }
        Railway Company  }  Taylor & Sanchez

                           And now this Cause coming on
        to be heard and the demurrer to the amended
        declaration having heretofore at the last term of
        this Court been argued before and Sustained by
        the Court and the plaintiff having failed to amend
        or plead over - It is therefore considered ordered and ad-
        judged that the Plaintiff J.B. Brown take nothing
