     by his suit herein - and that the Defendant the
     Florida Southern Railway Company be herein dis-
     missed and discharged without a day with its rea-
     sonable costs in this behalf sustained taxed at
     one dollar and one cent to be recovered of the
     plaintiff herein

     Whereupon the Court adjourned until ten
     oclock tomorrow morning

     John T. Fleming  }  without license
                        and now on this day comes
     the Defendant John T. Fleming and in open
     Court enters his plea of guilty to the charge against
     him,
     Whereupon the Court Sentenced the Defendant
     John T. Fleming to pay a fine of $100 and the Cost
     of the Court.

     George M. Blitch }  license
                        and now on this day come the
     Defendant George M. Blitch and in open Court
     enters his plea of guilty to the charge against him
