Defendant and in open Court enters her plea of
guilty to the charge against her
Whereupon the Court Sentenced the Defendant
Mrs. F.W. Fontane to pay a fine of $100 and costs of
the Court

} And now this Cause is
nol prosed

} And now on this day comes
the Defendant and in open Court enters his plea
of guilty to the Charge against him
Whereupon the Court Sentenced the Defendant
to pay a fine of $100 and the Costs of the Court

Flem Spicer }
And now the prisoner Fred
Spicer alias Flem Spicer being in open Court
for sentence and being demanded if he had
any thing to say why Sentence should not
be passed on him saith nothing
Whereupon the Court sentenced the Prisoner
Fred Spicer alias Flem Spicer to be con-
fined in the States Prison at hard labor for
the space of three (3) years.
