     vs          }  attempt to break and enter a
Frank Lang       }  store house with intent to commit a
                 }  Felony

                    And now the prisoner Frank
Lang being in open Court for sentence and being
demanded if he had any thing to say why
sentence should not be passed on him
saith nothing, Whereupon the Court sentenced
the prisoner Frank Lang to be confined in the
state prison at hard labor for the space of one
(1) year

                 And now the prisoner Jack
Monroe being in open Court for sentence
and being demanded if he had any thing to
say why sentence should not be passed on
him saith nothing Whereupon the Court sen-
tenced the prisoner Jack Monroe to confinement
in the state prison at hard labor for the space
of One (1) year.

and Beauregard Cummings to confinement in the
County Jail of Alachua County at hard labor for
the space of one year -
