                         } And now the prisoner Thomas
        Wilson and Thomas Thompson being in open Court
        for sentence and being demanded if they had
        any thing to Say why sentence should not be
        passed on them Saith nothing, Whereupon the
        Court sentenced the prisoners Thomas Wilson
        and Thomas Thompson to confinement in the
        County Jail of one (1) year -

        And now in open Court Comes W. A. Hocker
        State attorney and presents to the Court and asks
        the leave thereof to file the following Informations
