    Thursday December 13th 1883 -
to be heard on a petition of the Defendant for
removal to the Circuit Court of the United
States for the Northern District of Florida
And now in open Court the Judge of this
Court having approved of the Defendants
Bond. It is ordered that the Clerk of this
Court do forthwith Certify the record of all
the Papers in this Cause to the Circuit Court
of the United Stated for the Northern District
of Florida and that this cause be removed
to said Court

Whereupon the Court adjourned until ten
oclock tomorrow morning
