of the County Court is reversed and the cause
remanded to his Court with instructions that the
said County Judge do conform in said cause to
the opinion of the Court filed herein and that
the appellee do pay the costs of the appeal
herein

the County Court herein is Confirmed and
this cause is remanded to his Court

And now the appellant applies for and obtains
an extension of time to 30 days in which to
give bond and obtain a writ of error -

John F. Marshall by R.F. Taylor Esqr and
presents to the Court his license as a prac-
ticing attorney at law of the State of Texas
And now the Court being well satisfied as to
the authenticity of said license
Whereupon the said John F. Marshall was
duly Sworn as an attorney and Counselor and
Solicitor at law in and for the State of Florida
Whereupon it is ordered and adjudged by the
Court that all causes herein not otherwise dis-
posed of be and the same are hereby continued
generally
Whereupon the Court adjourned Sine Die
