       the first week of this term failed to
       appear whereupon the Court ordered a fine
       of Twenty Dollars to be imposed and en-
       tered up against the Said J.M. Faircloth

       And now Joseph Blake who has been
       duly Summoned to appear to Serve as a Petit
       Juror at this term of our Court fails to answer
       Whereupon the Court fined the Said Joseph
       Blake Twenty Dollars for being in default as
       a Juror.
