Charles W. Weltz } night time with intent to to wit:
} The Arlington House with
} intent to Commit a felony
} S.Y. Finley appointed
} by Court
And now this cause
coming on and the prisoner being brought
to the Bar here and being forthwith de-
manded how he would acquit him-
self of the Charge against him saith
that he is not guilty as the In-
dictment alleges against him
Whereupon the prisoner was remanded
to Jail

coming on to be heard, and the prisoner
being brought to the Bar here and being
forthwith demanded how he would ac-
quit himself of the Charge against him
saith that he is guilty as the Indict-
