Extra and Special Term A.D. 1884
      Tuesday may 13th 1884 =
against him. Whereupon a Jury was called
and there came W.H. Bracey - B.P. Boulware
T.E. Haile Sr. S.V. Gaskins - Daniel Fowler
E.E. Dorsey who were duly sworn and em-
paneled to well and truly try the dif-
ference pending and thereafter after hearing
the evidence the argument of Counsel and
the Charge of the Court retired to Consider
of their verdict and thereafter on the Same
day returned into open Court and rendered
the following verdict to wit: We the Jury
find the prisoner Not Guilty
                         W.H. Bracey
                            Foreman
Whereupon the prisoner was discharged -

Whereupon the Court adjourned until tomorrow
morning at Nine oclock

Michaelas Shiretzki }  Liquors without license
                        And now this Cause is
continued

        vs       }  Murder
Nelson Everett   }  McCall & Finley
                 }  And now this Cause
coming on for trial W.A. Hocker State atty
prosecuting in the name and by the 
Authority of the State of Florida and the
prisoner appearing in his own proper person
as well as by his attorneys Mess McCall & Finley
and now the prisoner being forthwith demanded
how he would be tried saith that he puts
himself upon God and the Country for trial
Whereupon a Jury was called and there
came Benjamin Rush  S.H. Burnett W.H. Bracey
