Cellon - B.P. Boulware, T.E. Haile Sr. S.V. Gaskins
Tobias Brown, G.H. Cail who were duly Sworn
and empanelled to well and truly try the dif-
ference pending and thereafter after hearing
the evidence the argument of Counsel and the
Charge of the Court retired to consider of their
verdict and thereafter on the same day re-
turned into open Court and rendered the
following verdict to wit: We the Jury find
the Prisoner not guilty Wm Bracey
May 14 - 1884 - Foreman
Whereupon J.M. Faircloth having been brought
into open Court as a Defaulting Juror at
the last spring Term of our Circuit
Court Now renders a good and sufficient
excuse for his absence, Whereupon the
Court remitted the fine of Twenty
dollars imposed on him
Whereupon the Court adjourned until
tomorrow morning at Nine oclock
