 Fall Term A.D. 1880
        Friday November 26th 1880
coming on to be heard and the Plaintiffs and
Defendants having consented that the Jury should
render a verdict a Jury was called and
there came - S.V. Gaskins  E.A. Jeffords - T.N.
Moss  C.P. Evans - Eli Futch  W.E. Bevill - who
were well and truly sworn and empanelled to
well and truly try the issue joined - whereupon the
Jury retired to consider of their verdict
and thereafter on the same day returned into
open Court and rendered the following
verdict to wit: We the Jury find for the
Plaintiffs the principal Sum of Eight hun-
dred and ninety four & 50/100 Dollars ($894 50/)
with the legal interest thereon from eighth day
of May A.D. 1878 together with Costs -
This November the 26th 1880  E.A. Jeffords
                                  Foreman -
Whereupon it is ordered Considered and adjudged
by the Court that the Plaintiffs do have and
recover of and from the Defendant the Sum
of One thousand and Eighty Six dollars and thirty
four cents ($1086 34/100) together with their costs in
this behalf expended taxed at Fourteen dollars
and two cents ($14 02/100) and the Defendant in
Mercy &c

                 }  And now this Cause
Coming on to be heard and the issues being
joined a Jury was called and there came -
T.N. Moss - W.E. Bevill - C.P. Evans - S.V. Gaskins
- Eli Futch - T.J. May who were duly Sworn and
empanelled to well and truly try the issues Joined
and thereafter after hearing the evidence the
argument of Counsel and the Charge of the
Court retired to consider of their verdict
and thereafter on the same day returned into
open Court and rendered the following
verdict to wit: We the Jury find for the
Plaintiff the Sum of One hundred and
Seventeen dollars so say we all
