And now this Cause Com-
ing on to be heard W.A. Hocker Representing the
Pleas of the State of Florida under and by
the authority of said State moved the Court
for a default Judgment and that a Jury
be called to assess the damages -
And it appearing to the Court that due and
legal notice by scire Facias had been made
on the Defendants Levi Jones Solomon James
Stokes Strong and B.J. Smith and that no
service had been made on the Defendant
William Jones Jr. And the Defendants who had
been duly served now failing to appear plead
answer or Demur herein whereupon a Jury was
called and there came Benjamin Rush
W.H. Bracey J.E. Haynesworth, Wm Riviere B.P.
Boulware - T.E. Haile Sr who were duly Sworn
and empanelled to well and truly try the
issues according to the evidence and thereafter
after hearing the evidence Rendered the
following verdict to wit:
