Whereupon it is ordered Considered and ad-
judged by the Court that the Plaintiff do
have and recover of and from the defendants
the Sum of Four Hundred Dollars together
with the Costs in this behalf expended taxed at
Twenty Seven Dollars Dollars and
Cents.

on to be heard W.A. Hocker State attorney represent-
ing the pleas of the State of Florida moved the
Court for Judgment by Default and that a
Jury be called to assess the damages -
and it appearing to the Court that due and
legal service had been perfected herein on the
said Defendants Martha Rawls and Samuel
R. Harvell by personal service of the writ of
scire Facias herein and that the defendant
Louis B. Rawls had been duly served herein by
the publication of the Notice of the Writ of
Scire Facias in the "Weekly Bee" a Newspaper
published in the City of Gainesville Florida
for 30 days Whereupon a Jury was called and there came
Benjamin Rush, W.H. Bracey, T.E. Haile Sr.
Wm Riviere B.P. Boulware & J.E. Haynesworth
who were duly Sworn and empanelled to
well and truly try the issues herein according
to the evidence and thereafter after hearing
the evidence rendered the following
verdict to wit:
