the Plaintiff and assess the Damages
at Five Hundred Dollars

Whereupon it is ordered Considered and
adjudged by the Court that the Plaintiff
do have and recover of and from the
defendants the Sum of Five Hundred
Dollars together with the Costs in this
behalf expended taxed at Twenty Seven
Dollars and Cents

And now this Cause
Coming on to be heard W.A. Hocker State
attorney representing the pleas of the
State of Florida moved the Court for
default Judgment and that a Jury be
called to assess the damages and
it appearing to the Court that due and
legal service of the writ of Scire Facias
herein had been made by personal ser-
vice as to J.W. Exley and R.S. Bradley and
that the defendant William W. Pendarvis
had been duly served herein by the pub-
lication of the Notice of Scire Facias in
the Weekly Bee a newspaper published in
Gainesville Florida for the space of 30 -
days Whereupon a Jury was called and
there came Benjamin Rush W.H. Bracey
T.E. Haile Sr. Wm Riviere B.P. Boulware
J.E. Haynesworth, who were duly Sworn and
empanelled to try the issues herein and
thereafter after hearing the evidence
