ordered by the Court that the Clerk of this
Court do issue Scire Facias to the defendants
to show Cause at the next regular term of this
Court why an Execution shall not be issued
against them on a Judgment rendered against
them in this Cause at the Spring Term A.D. 1880

Whereupon it is ordered Considered and ad-
judged by the Court that all Causes herein
pending which have not otherwise been
disposed of be Continued to the next term
of this Court

Whereupon the Court adjourned Sine die
