Whereupon it is ordered Considered and ad-
judged by the Court that the Plaintiff do
have and recover of and from the Defendant
the sum of One hundred and Seventeen
Dollars ($11700) together with his costs in this behalf
expended taxed at Forty Six dollars and sixty three
cents ($46 63/100) and the Defendant in mercy &c -
