        Whereupon the Grand Jury retired to Select
        a foreman
              Whereupon the Grand Jury Came into
        open Court and announced to the Court
        that they had Selected Charles W. Bauknight
        as their Foreman
              Whereupon the following named persons
        were duly Sworn and empanelled as the
        Grand Jury for this the Fall Term of our
        Circuit Court in and for the County of
        Alachua To Wit:

                        Whereupon the Grand Jury now
        having been charged by the Court as to their
        duties and obligations as Grand Jurors retired
        to their Room under the Charge of Stephen
        P. Bevill a duly Sworn Bailiff to said Grand
        Jury:
