                           And now this Cause is
        Continued

        Whereupon the Court ordered that the Petit
        Jurors summoned under the special Venire
        be required to report tomorrow morning at
        Nine Oclock -
               
                      At Chamber Novr 9th 1884
              Joseph S. Hart having produced
        evidence to me that he has been admitted
        to the practice of the law in all the Courts of
        South Carolina and he having taken the
        oath required by the laws of Florida for his
        admission to the practice of the law in said
        State: - It is Considered and ordered that
        the said Joseph S. Hart be and he is hereby
        admitted to the practice of the law in all the
        Courts of the State of Florida - It is further
        ordered that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of
        Alachua County spread this license on the
        minutes of the Circuit Court of said County
                                 Thos F. King
                           Judge of the 5th Judicial
                           Circuit of Florida

        Whereupon the Court adjourned until
        tomorrow morning at Nine Oclock
