        is placed at the foot of the docket

                         And now this Cause is
        placed at the foot of the docket

        B.C. Drake   }  J.J. & S.Y. Finley
                         And now this Cause Coming
        on to be hear and the parties Plaintiff and
        Defendant appearing by their respective
        Attorneys Whereupon the issues be now
        joined a Jury was called and there
        came Thos M. Kirby - F. Cassels - Owen W.
        Sykes Geo M. Colman, J.R. Tompkins and
        T.A. Carrell who were well and truly sworn
        and empanelled to well and truly try the
        issues joined = Whereupon the Plaintiff by
        the leave of the Court was allowed to amend
        his declaration and the above Jury dismissed
        from the further considering of this Cause -

        coming on to be heard and the parties plaintiffs
        and Defendants appearing by their respective

        it is ordered Considered and adjudged
        by the Court that the Plaintiffs do have
        Judgment by Default against the Defen-
        dant for want of a plea and that the
