Clerk of this Court do assess the damages
Whereupon the Clerk having assessed the
damages at one hundred and Eighty Six
& 28/100 ($186 28/100) Dollars.
It is therefore ordered Consid-
ered and adjudged by the Court that the
plaintiffs do have and recover of and
from the Defendant the sum of One
hundred and Eighty Six 28/100 ($186 28/100) Dollars
for their damages together with their Costs in
this behalf expended taxed at Five dollars
and Twenty Six Cents, and the Defendant
in mercy & c
