Empanelled to wit: Thos M. Kirby F. Cassels Owen W. Sykes
Geo M. Colman J.J. Burton and John Dogan Whereupon
the hearing of this cause was resumed and the Jury
aforesaid thereafter after hearing the balance of the
Evidence the argument of Counsel and the Charge
of the Court retired to consider of their verdict and
thereafter on the same day returned into open Court and
rendered the following verdict to wit:
        In Circuit Court of Alachua
        County 5th Judicial Circuit of Florida
James C. Furman as Trustee    }
for Mary G.D. Furman his wife }  Ejectment
             vs               }  Verdict
John R.W. Grissom             }
                                We the Jury find for the
Plaintiff and find that the Plaintiff
James C. Furman as Trustee for his wife
Mary G.D. Furman holds and is entitled to the
fee simple title to the land in question situated
in Alachua County Florida and described as
being Fractional section Four (4) in Township Eleven
(11) South of Range Twenty one (21) East of the Arredondo
grant containing Three Hundred and Sixty (360)
acres more or less

Whereupon it is considered and adjudged by
the Court that the Plaintiff James C. Furman as
Trustee for his Wife Mary G.D. Furman to recover of
and from the Defendant the said John R.W. Grissom
the absolute title in fee in and to the whole of the
Fractional section Four (4) in Township Eleven (11) South
of Range Twenty one (21) East of the Arredondo Grant
in Alachua County Florida containing Three
Hundred and Sixty (360) Acres more or less and that
a writ of possesion do issue therefor and that
the Plaintiff do have and recover of the said Defendant
his costs in this behalf sustained Taxed at Eight

~~~~~~~~ cents and the Defendant in mercy &c
