A now the Grand Jury being demanded by the Court
if they were content that the Court should alter a
matter of form and not of substance saith that they
are content

                    And now this Cause coming
on to be heard and the parties Plaintiff and Defendant
appearing in open Court by their respective Attorneys and
now the issues being Joined a Jury was called and
then came Marcus Endel  T.A. Carroll  Geo R. Ellis
C.A. Colclough Elam Evans and Thos J. May who were
duly sworn and empannelled to well and truly try the
issues Joined according to the evidence and thereafter
after hearing a part of the Evidence

Whereupon the Court adjourned until tomorrow
morning Nine o'clock
