on to be heard and the parties Plaintiff and Defendant
appearing in open Court by their respective Attorneys and
now the issues being Joined a Jury was called and

C.A. Colclough Elam Evans and Thos J. May who were
duly sworn and empannelled to well and truly try the
issues Joined according to the evidence and thereafter
after hearing a part of the Evidence
Whereupon the Court adjourned until tomorrow
morning Nine o'clock
