Thursday 4th 1884
Whereupon it is considered and adjudged by the
Court that the plaintiff Mary O. Furman do recover of
and from the Defendant the said James D. Goss the
absolute title in fee in and to all that part of the
North half of lot Eighteen (18) in the Town of Fairbanks in
said County lying South of The Transit Rail Road
according to a map of the survey of Section Twelve (12)
Township Nine (9) Range Twenty and a part of Section
Seven Township Nine (9) Range Twenty one (21) South and
East as made by W.K. Cessna and dated March 1st
A.D. 1878 containing one and one half acres of land
more or less and bounded on the North and West by the
transit Rail Road on the East by "Magnolia" now called
Third Street: and on the South by lands heretofore
deed to Dr. Chandler and now owned by J.D. Goss
and that a writ of possession do issue therefor and
that the Plaintiff do recover of the said Defendant
her cost in this behalf sustained taxed at Sixty
four Dollars and Thirty one Cents and the Defendant in
mercy &c
Whereupon the Grand Jury came into
open Court and rendered the following Indictments
