And now the Jury being recalled into open
Court by Consent of Counsel for the state and
for the Defendant the Court ordered the
Jury to render a sealed verdict at Nine
oclock tomorrow morning

The Court met pursuant to adjournment of
yesterday His Honor Thomas F. King Judge pres-
iding:

And now the parties the prisoner
being in open Court as also his Counsel as well as
the Counsel for the State of Florida and likewise
the Jury to wit: Chas A Colclough - Elam Evans
Frank Cassels - Owen W. Sykes - Geo M. Coleman and
Jno T. Woods also being now in open Court
Whereupon the Jury aforesaid rendered and delivered
to the Court the following sealed verdict to wit:
We the Jury find the prisoner guilty but recommend
him to the mercy of the Court
