                 }  And now the prisoner being
in open Curt for the purpose of arraignment
And now the prisoner being arraigned saith that
he is not guilty at the Indictment alleges against
him and for good and evil he puts himself upon
God and the Country for trial

Sam Johnson       }  to commit a misdemeanor
                   And now this Cause Coming on
to be heard William H. Hocker State attorney pros
ecuting in the name and by the authority of the
State of Florida and the prisoner appearing on
his own proper person - Whereupon the prisoner now
being arraigned saith that he is Guilty as the
Indictment alleges against him
                            Whereupon the
prisoner was remanded to Jail

Whereupon the Court discharged the Petit Jury
from further attendance on the Court

Whereupon the Court adjourned until Monday
morning next at ten oclock
