Whereupon the Sheriff having returned the

Term of this Court by summoning the follow-

C.J. Mixson, D.G. Harvard, Benj Haile, Jno D.
Young, R.B. Peeler W.W. Bourn, W.F. Grissom
Z.T. Taylor Jr. G.R. Walton, J.R. Flewellen,
Ambrose Abbott, Jno A. Rosborough, J.W. Shack-
leford Jno M. Miller Sr. T. Foster, F.X. Miller
Whereupon the Court for good cause shown
Excused Z.T. Taylor from further attendance
on the Court, and substituted the name
of Z.T. Taylor Sr. in his place

Coming on to be heard William A. Hocker
State attorney prosecuting in the name
and by the authority of the State of Florida
and the prisoner appearing in open Court in his
own proper person as well as by his atty
S.Y. Finley saith that he puts himself upon God
and the Country for trial, Whereupon a Jury
was called and there came G.B. Townsend
C.J. Mixson, D.G. Harvard Benj Haile
J.D. Young R.B. Peeler who were duly Sworn
and empanelled to well and truly try the issues
between the State of Florida and the Defendant
according to the evidence and the Jury afore
