day returned into open Court and rendered the
following verdict to wit: We the Jury find the prisoner

Wm Nipper Joel Holt    }
& Cardy O.D. Parkinson }  Taylor & Sanchez
                       } And now this Cause
Coming on to be heard William A. Hocker
State attorney Prosecuting in the name and
by the authority of the State of Florida and
the prisoners appearing in their proper
several persons as well as by Taylor & Sanchez
their attorney and the prisoners now being
demanded how they would acquit themselves
of the Charge against them saith that they
are not guilty as the Indictment alleges
Whereupon a Jury was called and there
came W.W. Bourn R.B. Peller Z.T. Taylor Sr.
G.R. Walton, J.R. Flewellen, Ambrose
Abbott who were duly Sworn and empanelled
to well and truly try the issue between the
State of Florida and the Defendants and
thereafter after hearing the evidence the ar-
gument of Counsel and the Charge of the
Court retired to consider of their verdict
and thereafter on the Same day returned
into open Court and rendered the following
verdict to wit:  Not Guilty

Whereupon the Defendants were discharged -

                      And now the prisoner
being in open Court for the purpose of
arraignment And now the prisoner being
arraigned saith that he is not guilty as the
Indictment alleges against him and for
good and evil he puts himself upon God
