Whereupon the Court interrogated the Grand
Jury if they were content that the Court should
alter a matter of form and not a matter of Sub-
stance to which the Grand Jury replied that they
were content.
Whereupon the Grand Jury presented to the Court
their General Presentment and were discharged -

And now the Prisoner being
brought into open Court for sentence was deman-
ded if he had any thing to say why sentence
should not be pronounced upon him saith nothing
whereupon the Court sentenced the Prisoner to
hard labor in the States Penitentiary for the space
of Twelve months -

vs } Breaking and entering a building in the
Benjamin Franklin } day time with intent to Commit a felony
} And now the prisoner being
brought into open Court for sentence was demanded
if he had any thing to say why Sentence should not
be pronounced upon him saith nothing
Whereupon the Court sentenced the Prisoner
Benjamin Franklin to confinement in the States
Prison at hard labor for the space of one year -

Mary Harris } with intent to Commit Larceny
And now the prisoner being
brought into open Court for sentence was
demanded if She had any thing to say why |
