And now this Cause
Coming on to be heard on a motion for a
new trial and after argument had thereon
the Court adjudged that said motion for a
new trial should be overruled -

vs } Ejectment
John R. W. Grissom }
And now this
Cause coming on to be heard on a
motion for a New trial - and after Consid-
eration thereof by the Court the Court
adjudged that said motion for a new
trial should be overuled to which ruling
and decision of the Court the Defendant
then and there excepted.

Charlie Aiken & } in the night time with intent to Commit
John Williams } a felony.
And now the Defendants in this
Cause being called failed to answer.
Whereupon the Court
estreated the bonds of the defendants and ordered
that Scire facias be ordered to the Defendants and
their sureties and that in case of failure to serve the
Principal that notice by publication be made
Whereupon the Court adjourned until
tomorrow morning at nine oclock
