And now the Grand Jury having Concluded
their labors presented and had read their
General Presentment
Whereupon the Court dis-
charged the Grand Jury from further atten-
dance on the Court.

And now this cause coming on
to be heard and the parties plaintiff and defen-
dant appearing in open Court by their respective
attorneys and now the issues being joined a
Jury was called and there came = D.G. Harvard
Benj Haile, Jno D. Young, W.W. Bourn - R.B. Peller
Z.T. Taylor who were duly Sworn and empanelled
to well and truly try the issues Joined, and there
after after hearing the evidence the argument
of Counsel and the Charge of the Court,
Whereupon by Consent of the parties plaintiff and
Defendant the Jury were allowed to disperse
