        Fall Term  A.D. 1884
          Friday December 12th 1884
         to consider of their verdict and thereafter on the same 
        day returned into open Court and rendered the following
        verdict to wit: We the Jury find for the Plaintiff and
        assess damages at Six hundred and fifty Dollars
        Dec 12th 1884        J.R. Flewellen

No 6            vs       }  Assault with intent to Murder
        Thomas Singleton }  
                            And now the Prisoner Thomas Singleton
        is brought into open Court to be sentenced was asked if
        he had anything to say why sentence should not be passed up
        on him saith nothing whereupon the Court sentenced the
        Prisoner Thomas Singleton to hard labor in the State prison
        for the term of Two Years

        State of Florida }
No 27            vs      }  Larceny
        Amaziah Bryant   }
                              And now the Prisoner Amaziah
        Bryant being brought into open Court to be sentenced
        was asked if he had anything to say why sentence should
        not be passed upon him saith nothing whereupon the
        Court sentenced the Prisoner Amaziah Bryant to hard
               the term of 
        labor for^Six months in the State prison

No 29            vs      }  Maliciously Killing a Cow
        Amaziah Bryant   }
                            And now the Prisoner Amaziah Bryant
        being brought into open Court to be sentenced was asked
        if he had anything to say why sentence should not
        be passed upon him saith nothing whereupon the
        Court sentenced the Prisoner Amaziah Bryant to hard
        labor in the State prisoner for the term of Six months

No 26             vs     } Breaking and Entering a building in the night time
        Richard Cole -   } with intent to commit a Felony
                           And now the Prisoner Richard Cole being brought
        into open Court to be Sentenced was asked if he had
        anything to say why sentence should not be passed
        upon him saith nothing whereupon the Court sentenced
        the Prisoner Richard Cole to hard labor in the
        State prison for the term of Three Years
