                vs         }  Breaking and Entering a building in the night
No 38   Henry Colson alias }  time with intent to Commit a misdemeanor
        Sam Johnson        }  
                     And now the prisoner Henry Colson alias
        Sam Johnson being brought into open Court to be sentenced
        was asked if he had anything to say why sentence should
        not be passed upon him saith nothing Whereupon the Court
        sentenced the Prisoner Henry Colson Alias Sam Johnson
        to hard labor in the State Prison for the term of one
        year

        State of Florida }
No 33          vs        }  Assault with intent to murder
        Abe Rutledge     }
                       And now the prisoner Abe Rutledge being
        brought into open Court to be sentenced was asked if he
        had anything to say why sentence should not be passed on
        him saith nothing whereupon the Court sentenced
        the prisoner Abe Rutledge to hard labor in the State
        Prison for the term of Seven Years

                vs          }  Larceny
        Wellman Davis alias }
        Wellman Reggell     }
                         And now the prisoner Wellman Davis
        Alias Wellman Reggell being brought into open Court to be
                        if he had anything to say 
        sentenced was asked^why sentence should not be
        passed upon him saith nothing whereupon the Court
        sentenced the prisoner Wellman Davis Alias Wellman Reggell
        to hard labor in the State Prison for the term of one Year

        Willie Johnson   } time with intent to Commit a Felony
                    And now the prisoner Willie Johnson being
        brought into open Court to be sentenced was asked
        if he had anything to say why sentence should not
        be passed upon him saith nothing whereupon the Court
        Sentenced the prisoner Willie Johnson to hard labor
        in the State Prison for the term of Five Years
