And now the hearing of
this cause is resumed the parties plaintiff and
Defendant being in open Court by their res-
pective attorneys as also the Jury who had
been duly sworn and empanelled herein to wit
G.R. Walton, J.R. Flewellen, Jno A. Rosborough
J.W. Shackleford, Jno M. Miller S & T Foster and
the Jury aforesaid thereafter after hearing the ar-
gument of Counsel and the Charge of the Court
retired to Consider of their verdict and
thereafter on the same day returned into open
Court and rendered the following verdict to wit
We the Jury find for the Plaintiff and assess
damages at Six hundred and fifty dollars
Whereupon it Dec 12th 1884 J.R. Flewellen Foreman
is ordered Considered and adjudged
by the Court that the Plaintiff do have and
recover of and from the Defendants the Sum
of Six hundred and fifty dollars together with
his costs in this behalf expended taxed at
Twenty Eight ~~~~~~ Dollars and Fifty Eight
cents and the Defendant in Mercy &c
