And now this Cause
coming on to be heard and the parties plain-
tiff and Defendants appearing in open
Court by their respective attorneys and now
the issues being joined a Jury was Called
and there came L.L. Hill, J.R. Crawford
Robt C. Davis, J.H. Jarvis, J.G. Stokes and
T.N. Sewell who were duly Sworn and empan-
elled to well and truly try the issues joined
in this Cause according to the evidence and
thereafter after hearing the evidence the ar-
gument of Counsel and the Charge of the
Court retired to consider of their verdict
and thereafter on the same day returned into
open Court and rendered the following
verdict to wit: We the Jury find for the
plaintiff return of the horse Sixteen
dollars damages & Cost L.L. Hill
