do have and recover of the Defendants the said
large bay horse and that She have therefore
a writ of possession - and further that
the Plaintiff do have and recover of and from
the Defendants the Sum of Sixteen dollars -
for her damages together with her Costs in this
behalf expended taxed at Twelve Dollars
and Twenty Three Cents and the defendants
in mercy &c -
Whereupon the Sheriff having returned the
Venire for this the third week of this term
for the Petit Jury, as being executed by sum-
moning the following named persons to serve as
such petit Jurors to wit: E.C. Beach, S.J. Peeler -
J.W. Tench, W.H. Baltzell, W.D. Seigler, James A. Faison
Wm M. Bradford - A. Goolsby, W.S. Land, Alex Avera

Whereupon the Court for good Cause Shown
excused James Chesnut and J.A. Faison from
Serving as Jurors -
