   Monday December 15th 1884
on to be heard on a motion for a New Trial
Whereupon the Cause now being submitted to the
Court and the Court having considered the same
decided and so orders that said motion for a
New Trial should be overruled to which
ruling and decision of the Court the Defen-
dant by his attorneys there and then excepted

Whereupon the Court adjourned until to-
morrow morning at Nine oclock

                      And now this Cause Com-
ing on to be heard and the parties plaintiff
and defendant being in open Court by their
respective attorneys and the issue being joined
a Jury was called and there came W.D. Geiger
Wm M. Bradford, Allen Goolsby, Alex Avera
L.S. Hill Jas R. Crawford who were duly Sworn
and empanelled to well and truly try the issue
joined and thereafter after hearing the evidence
and the argument of Counsel
Whereupon the Jury were allowed to disperse
under the instructions of the Court until to-
morrow morning at nine oclock

Whereupon the Court adjourned until tomorrow
morning at nine oclock
