                           And now this cause
coming on to be heard and the parties plaintiffs
and degfendant being now in open Court and
the issues being joined a jury was called
and there came, W.H. Baltzell, Wm M. Bradford
Allen Goolsby, W.S. Land Alex Avera, L.L.
Hill who were duly sworn and empanelled
to well and truly try this claim interposed by
Wash West to this property levied upon by
virtue of an execution in favor of Foster
& Colclough against Samuel C. Tucker Sheriff
and ex officio administrator of the estate of
Charles Lang deceased and a true verdict give
according to the law and evidence and that they
you will give to the plainfiff such damages
not exceeding Twenty per cent as amy appear
reasonable and right in case it should appear
that such claim was interposed for delay.
And the Jury aforesaid after hearing a part of
the evidence to sustain their levy made on the
property herein claimed - Whereupon the Jury by
Consent of Counsel rendered the following
verdict to wit; In the Circuit Court Alachua

Claimant                 } We the Jury find in
favor of the Claimant and that the property
levied upon in this suit is the property of
