Whereupon it is ordered considered and
adjudged by the Court that the Claimant
do have the possession of the said Iarrell
more levied on herein and that the said
claimant do have and recover of and
from the Plaintiffs herein the sum of
         Dollars and
         Cents taxed as his
cost herein expended and the Plaintiff
in mercy &c

                      And now this cause com-
ing on to be heard and the parties plaintiff and
defendants being in open Court by their res-
pective attorneys and now the issues being joined
a Jury was called and there came, L.L. Hill
Wm M. Bradford - Allen Goolsby, W.S. Land
Alex Avera, W.H. Baltzall who were duly
Sworn and empanelled to well and truly try
and a true verdict render whether any and if any
what rent is due the plaintiff as alleged in
the the affidavit and the value of the Same
And the Jury aforesaid after hearing a part
of the evidence
